I love food.
I love food so much that I have a degree in food technology, as proof… *looks down nose through intelligence-enhancing half-moon spectacles*.
I only found out how much I love cooking and baking a few years ago; with my technical background, new-found understanding of what a kitchen is for, and above all, pure unadulterated greediness, this blog was kind of inevitable.

I love reading too, almost as much as I love food, and I’m usually indulging in my two favourite things at the same time – hence the name of the blog, as well as the mysterious smudgy marks in all my favourite books – oops :-).
